Is there a minimum group size recommendation?
Yes and no. Since this is a team building activity, we recommend group sizes of at least two people. You will absolutely need someone else besides you in there to work with, that’s how we design our scenarios and that’s what team building is all about. Beyond that, a recommended minimum group size really depends on the experience level of the participants. If you have experience doing something like this before, then you already know what to expect and how to think and behave before you get in there – you’re experienced. Two to three people is probably an okay group size for experienced players. However, if you are new to the escape experience world, you might feel a bit unprepared with just two or three people. The larger the group sizes the better the chances of an escape – typically. However, the smaller the group size, the greater the challenge and the more involved each participant will get to be in the entire escape process. We certainly won’t turn a group of two down that wants to give it a try on their own. In fact, we encourage it.
What are your hours of operation?
Currently, we are open by appointment only or by chance. I recommend the appointment option – it’s much more reliable. Rest assured, if you have booked an experience with us online, we will be here and ready when you arrive. Otherwise, our hours vary. You may also contact us directly if you have a special date/time need that you do not see available on our booking calendar online. We will do our best to try and accommodate your needs.
Is there an age limit?
No, not really. Participants that are 14 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult to play. Some children (and people) are smarter than others, but as a rule of thumb, we recommend and design our escape experience scenarios for participants that are 10 years old and up.
How many people can participate at one time?
Good question. Our current scenarios can accomodate up to 5 participants at one time. (We may adjust this number up on your request) So if you are booking an entire time slot and need to add one additional person, call us and we will see what we can do.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your senario start time. Escape Experience scenarios will begin exactly at their start times and being late might cause you to have less then sixty minutes to play.
